Florida’s 6,000 acre development featuring Surf Lakes updates entitlements
The Pasco County Planning Commission approved updated entitlements to expand residences at the Two Rivers development in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The project will be home to Peak Surf Park, a 35-acre venue featuring what may be the first commercial Surf Lakes installation. Two Rivers has been under construction since 2022.

Zion Shores starts building townhomes for fractional ownership
Zion Shores has started residential construction. Real estate proptech company Ember is helping to support fractional sales of townhomes, dubbed “Travel Wave Village Townhomes”, that will overlook the Zion Shores PerfectSwell wave pool.
Events & contests
Virtual wave pool surf competition opens registration
The recently launched Wavepool Surf Tour has opened registrations for its Alaïa Surf Challenge. Competitors will submit videos of themselves surfing at Alaïa Bay’s Wavegarden Cove.
